中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯5月19日消息，驻新加坡的交易商们表示，本月初美国从其墨西哥湾海岸地区再出口加拿大原油至欧洲市场，这标志着北美原油开始出口到北美以外的市场。
此前，围绕美国将解除其原油出口的禁令的讨论升温，加拿大一直受其出口基础设施瓶颈制约。
然而，交易商们表示美国墨西哥湾原油再出口到亚洲是不太可能，因为运输成本高企。
本月初JBC能源公司表示预计途径美国墨西哥湾再出口加拿大原油是不会持续长久的，而且出口数量可能仅限于每日10万桶下方水平。

DJ U.S. Re-Exports Canadian Crude to Europe
[Dow Jones] North American crude oil is starting to make its way out of the continent, with the U.S. re-exporting Canadian crude from its Gulf Coast region to Europe earlier this month, Singapore-based traders say.
This comes amid intense debate over the U.S. ban of exports of its own crude, while Canada struggles with its export infrastructure.
However, traders say it is unlikely that U.S. Gulf crude re-exports will move to Asia yet due to high transport costs.
