据道琼斯5月23日消息，俄气和意大利埃尼公司周五同意修订双方签署的天然气供应协议条款。
埃尼在新闻公告中称，这份在俄罗斯签署的协议将通过改变价格指数降低埃尼公司支付的价格，从而与市场价格保持一致。条款应用将追溯至今年初开始执行。
埃尼正在就所有的长期天然气供应合同进行重新谈判，今年已经与挪国油达成一项协议。
北美天然气供应的大幅增加以及欧洲经济疲软导致的需求下降已经降低了现货市场的价格，但是埃尼和其他公司被迫按长期合同的要求高价从它们的供应商中购买天然气。

Gazprom, Eni Agree to Revise Terms of Gas-Supply Deal

Gazprom and Eni SpA agreed Friday to revise the terms of the agreement by which the Russian behemoth supplies gas to Italy's largest energy company by market value.
The agreement, signed in Russia, reduces the price Eni pays by changing the price indexation to bring it in line with market prices, Eni said in a news release. The terms apply retroactively to the beginning of this year.
Eni is in the process of renegotiation all its long-term gas supply contracts and this year reached an agreement with Norway's Statoil ASA.
